Angela M. Watkins

Angela M. Watkins grew up in New Mexico, raised in a small city similar to Monroe. Angela attended college at New Mexico State University where she was an honor graduate earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. In 2010, Angela and her family visited North Carolina, spending time in Charlotte, as well as Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks. Falling in love with the state, Angela and her family relocated here in 2013 where she attended the Charlotte School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor. During law school, Angela worked as an intern for the Union County District Attorney’s Office.
Angela lives in Monroe with her husband and three children. Angela is fluent in Spanish and enjoys easing the process for those who might feel helpless due to language barriers. She shares Mr. Leitner and Ms. Bragg’s approach to a client first mentality and will work toward a resolution that is, first and foremost, in the client’s best interest.
